Andrea is an expert in designing global leadership development programs. Through coaching and seminars, she equips leaders and teams to better understand each other, manage conflict productively, and foster vitality in their relationships for both organizational and individual benefit.

Andrea holds a First-Class Honours degree in Computer Science from the University of the West Indies, and both MPhil and DPhil degrees in Management Studies from the University of Oxford. She is the Jamaica 1989 Rhodes Scholar.

Jon improves organizational effectiveness and capacity through enhancing operations and fostering people development. By equipping people with communication, conflict management, and team vitality skills, he brings purpose into organizations, large and small.
